Delegates Byrd and Williams move to amend the bill on page sixteen, section nine, following line two hundred forty-three, by inserting a new subdivision, designated subdivision (33), to read as follows:

(34) (33) Charges for memberships or services provided by health and fitness organizations relating to personalized fitness programs;

And,

By renumbering the remaining subdivisions.
